Amadeus Routing Issue Causing Problems In Canada

The Amadeus Technical Center is now reporting that the routing issue between Canadian ISPs and the Amadeus data center has been resolved. All Amadeus customers should now be able to log into Amadeus as normal, and load/edit any PNRs.

Sabre and Amadeus Experience System Failures Monday

Amadeus support is reporting that the Amadeus Tours system is back online. Customers have been able to log back into the system in our testing.

Amadeus GDS Currently Offline

Amadeus appears to be back online. Amadeus customers should now be able to log in and access the Amadeus GDS. GearyTech customers that continue to have problems with Amadeus should please contact the GearyTech help desk.

Galileo Customers Need to Change Contivity Destination Addresses

As of October 1, 2009, Galileo will be retiring several of their existing Contivity VPN “destination” addresses. The following addresses will be retired:

fpnet.galileo.com
fpvpn.galileo.com
fppptp.galileo.com
gids.galileo.com
gids1.galileo.com

If your Contivity VPN Client is setup to use one of the above addresses, you must change your address prior to October 1, 2009 to prevent interruptions to your Galileo service. Depending on [...]
