Kim, we have had many calls regarding this, and in every case, either the Terminal Services Client or RDP Client was disabled, and it was related to a recent SP3 install. Of course, your mileage may vary, but this has been our experience with this particular situation, across a wide user base.

This fix does not work because the Microsoft Terminal Services is not listed in the add-ons. I know there is another fix cause I have used it before but I dont remember what it is.

I am glad that setting up policy will authenticate every user to sign into their e-mail account or their system to keep their privacy protected, but an Internet firewall cannot prevent individual users with modems from dialing into or out of the network. By doing so they bypass the firewall altogether. Because of the carelessness of the employees, will that be possibility to keep the Internet firewall on so the company staff users can dial into or out of the network? We are still determine this process.
