850 X 77.1 = 100000?
Entering “=850*77.1″ into a cell in Excel 2007, you would probably expect a result of 65535. However, Excel 2007 returns 100000 as the value. Now, this only happens if the field format is “Text”, which is the default value of cells when you open a new spreadsheet.
