We fix computer problems. It's how we started. Every day we answer and respond to calls about something that is broken. We prefer to engage at a higher level with regular maintenance to help reduce the number of break/fix incidents you are having, but we still fix the small problems too.
Approximately 90% of our break/fix service is now conducted remotely. Even if you have never used us before, we have remote support tool which will let us see and repair many problems without dispatching a technician. With today's gas prices, this can save your company lots of money, and get you back to work faster too!
Of course, for hardware problems (server, workstation or network) or issues where we really need to put our hands on the keyboard, we will roll a truck to you as fast as we can.
