Engagement In Strategic Planning Process
We have developed a wealth of knowledge and understand what works in small and medium sized businesses. This experience has been gained through trial and error, leveraging industry best practices, listening to our customers, and being involved at the strategic planning level. Customers often engage us when they are "thinking about" making a change which will affect their technology, their premises, or their overall direction. 3rd Party Vendor Inclusion
Customers typically have various vendors that relate to technology. Internet Service Providers and Line of Business application vendors are two examples. These other vendors are often single minded when it comes to implementing their technologies - they care about how their product works, not necessarily how it fits into your environment. GearyTech will help to assess what other impacts implementing 3rd party technologies will have on your environment and can help you determine which vendors best fit your environment and your business goals.

We often engage with our customer's customers. Large telcos like Rogers and Allstream have Sales Engineers who support the sales department, ensuring that what the salesperson is selling can be implemented in a profitable and manageable manner. We perform the same role for our customers. We can get involved at the proposal stage and will attend sales meetings with you, bringing the role of CIO right into your sales process. There is nothing quite like having access to technology answers while sitting across the table from your customer. We will feed off you, and engage with your customer at a level which you are comfortable with.
